After a divorce or a custody case, visitation exchanges and custody can
be difficult issues for parents to navigate. In one instance, a plane
bound for Beijing was ordered by the FBI to return to the U.S. due to
a mother potentially kidnapping her son. Once back at the gate, the pilot
stated that the incident was in regards to a child custody investigation.
The child's father was concerned that the mother was going to China
with the minor child with no plans of returning. The mother was taken
into custody for kidnapping, and the child was returned to his father.
The severity of custody cases can quickly escalate, and luckily this story
ended well for the father. The full article by CBS news about this case
